DH and I are selling our wonderful 2BR condo. We haven't listed it yet, but plan to on Sibcy Cline in the next few days. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each bath adjoins one of the bedrooms, so it's like having two master suites. The rooms are big, and painted in neutral colors. It is on the third (top) floor of the building, so it has vaulted ceilings. Kitchen has hardwood floors, Corian countertops, and new hardware on the many cabinets. There is a deck just off of the breakfast area with a nice view of the area. All of the appliances stay (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, washer, and dryer). Also included is a one-car garage and decent sized, private storage closet in a hallway seperate from the actual unit. We use it to keep DH's many sci-fi models that he collects! This and all of the other buildings in the community are about 15 years old. There is also a community clubhouse with a swimming pool! We are hoping to get $99,900 for it, though our realtor may up the asking price to over 100k so we can bargain down for that price.
