Question--should I cut my hair???

I like Julia Stiles' bob... I am 16 years old...I have an oval shaped head... I have long hair and am looking for a new style. Should I go for it???

I would suggest a bob hairstyle with the hair length on the front just a little bit above the chin. The hair length should be even from the back portion of your head till the back of your neck.
