The best schooling around, my God!

We (along Austerby) see the results of this wonderful education daily. Foul language, littering, no respect for residents, idiotic driving from the older ones, illegal parking (where the hell are the police?), fighting, damage to property (where the hell are the police Pt2?), smoking on people's drives etc etc etc.....

And all the while the local authorities, the school (the totally dismissive so called head-teacher) and the police do an extremely good impression of a well known creature that likes to stick its head in the sand.

And this is our best school? Seems to me that it is churning out a fair proportion of human detritus to me.

Oh, so not to be accused of being unfair, our Councilors might as well not exist since they are seemingly utterly incapable of influencing any change in this small community that might actually benefit those robbed by compulsory taxation.
