I assumed that the suggestion was to employ youngsters to do this work and pay them accordingly. No one said that they should do it for nix. After all, this is the responsibility of the Charities people and they do not seem to be doing their job which is why Jim and Brenda and their loyal helpers turn out, and not for the first time because I have seen them down on the river several times.
Questions need to be asked why the Charities are not doing the job they should. Someone from the trustees ought to tell us what is going on.
