| OK here are a few things that pass for common sense in that country (based on my experiences)
When you dial 911 for the cops, they turn up.There are no speed cameras.There are no drunken yobs throwing up in the streets. If someone uses abusive language say in a restaurant he ends up in the slammer. You can buy a gun for self-defence. When you rent a house its simple. When you buy a car you drive away same day. Oh and the people actually enjoy life.
