The best Hank Williams compilation I have found was one on MGM, which is on Spotify - 40 Greatest Hits. It has a yellow cover, with a picture of Hank in a Nudie suit playing guitar (Nudie suits were popular with country musicians at the time, they had embroidered pictures on jacket and trousers, often musical symbols and instruments, probably the most famous was the one worn by Gram Parsons on the Gilded Palace of Sin album cover).
A couple of years ago, there was a "complete" set of Hank Williams recordings on several CDs. It was featured more or less every week on Radio 2's Wednesday night country music show for a while. Probably this was one of the sets on Spotify - it can be hard to tell unless you cross-refer to Wikipedia or a comprehensive book. There are artists who are not on Spotify - some are not on WE7 either.
There are lots of Hank Williams songs by other artists - not surprising as he was one of the best popular songwriters. His songs are a way in to albums by unfamiliar artists.
I am told that an external hard disk is the best thing for storing music. You can use them for mainframe or lap-top. They are virtually indestructible, as they never have mishaps with spilt drinks, or crashed computers.
