      Quite so Ray but when you're buying for yourself you can do as you please but when you shop for a family it's an entirely different matter. I don't particularly have a routine now that there's just the two of us and we're retired. However when I worked, had a family and a million and one things to do it helped to have a routine just to fit everything in.
