      I said it costs a bit more to refine which it does.
      The cost of producing any product(refining being how diesel and petrol is produced from crude oil) includes both the cost of the production process and the raw materials. A gallon of diesel costs more to refine than a gallon of petrol because the raw material costs are higher.
