The main objection is too all three.
First of all what is wrong with the wellhead? its out in the open.
second the location is close to lots of hosing which will create noise and disruption to all concerned
thirdly it is not an assumption of hooliganism. Its fact.The football club has continually year in year out forked out their own money to repairs. The increase of personnel can only add to the risk especially when they get bored of skateboarding. Also there will be an increase of litter deposited in the area they skateboard in and around the clubs facilities which no doubt will used for their convienience especially if it rains,.
I personally dont think i'm jumping the gun, i'm merely trying to resolve a situation before it happens.
