      Yes, the future is coffee. I went down the Caledonian Road in London yesterday and out to Crouch End. Betting shops seem to be viable despite the internet. Professional services. Anything that you need your physical body for: doctors, dentists, opticians, solicitors, accountants, nurseries, alternative health, gyms, nail bars, sex industry, eating, drinking, socialising.

      And then Tesco Express and Sainsburys Local everywhere (more expensive, but on the High Street)

      We would be complaining if SK did not have a go at lifting spirits in Wherrys Lane. I mean, you are hardly going to defend a derelict Freemasons Hall with no windows at all on the top floor now are you?

      Portas is a fraud, IMHO.
