      What am I supposed to be trying to wriggle out of, Brynley? I used terms such as "work-shy" and "lazy good-for-nothings with no aptitude for work" and I have not veered from that theme. I gave you a perfect example of the type of person who should get nothing from the system. What more do you want? Let's make it easy for you. I would introduce a simple rule. If a person is offered a job and refuses to take it, without a very valid reason for declining it, then I would stop his benefits, immediately. Even you should be able to understand the logic of that argument.
