I'm just totally speaking for myself, but I'm new to KiSS and personally wasn't aware there was a community; I only became aware of this fact recently.
I honestly thought it was everything was done independently by various artists, and certain names I noticed more than others.
I read tutorials here, tutorials there, didn't have a clue as to what most of it meant, and dove in headfirst.
I was wishing there would be a community, and then I found out there is. It was something that was there, and I just hadn't found it since it had been relocated, which is just coincidental to the matter.
I'm new, trying to adapt to the medium and have an opposite issue with the age thing as I'm 28. I'm not good with coding or fKiSS and feeling sort of intimidated as there are many people half my age who know more coding and CG than I'll ever know. (Mostly with the coding.)
I'm trying to encourage myself not to give up. I have other Issues also which are non-related but not helping.
As I'm new, I would rather discuss things with people my own age, partially to help me not feel as an old geezer and realize that I'm the not only one making KiSS who can legally vote and drink. Or at least vote.
This is just my point of view. I'd like to join in discussions but feel rather awkward.
There's more I'd like to add but can't find a succint way of phrasing it.

(Sorry to Mac users if the tilde looks awry; I've noticed it's higher than the tilde on the IBM.)
