Oh! Without dithering? I'm sorry. I'm still groggy from being sick. When she pointed to the dithering in Pyon's dolls as an example, I thought she meant it was something she wanted to be able to do rather than avoid.
Hmmm... okay, if you want to make a doll with absolutely no dithering, you have three choices:
1. Use only 256 colors and absolutely no more than that or
2. Use CKiSS or
3. Use Enhanced Palette Support by using as many 256-color palettes as you need to cover all the colors you use
