I totally agree. Paint won't let you control your palette so you will NOT be able to select your background color for a KiSS doll. If you want to make KiSS dolls, you have to use a different paint program.

Personally, I recommend NeoPaint, a shareware paint program available at http://www.neosoftware.com/npw.html
