The kiss/gs are the specs describing the basics of image display, ckiss (cherry kiss) is an expansion allowing for true colour, fkiss 1/2/3/4 (french kiss) are the specs covering animation.
You can make games using kiss, there is no denying that. But in and of itself, it's no more a game than a pile of wood, some nails and a box of tools, is a table.
