If you stretch the def of "game" that far then indeed it gets subtle. Hide 'n' Seek is a game but "The Sims" is what I would call a "pastime", that it has goals & a scoring sys is not what makes it a game. Management "games" are also in a grey area, the wargame-module to Civilization makes it a game, otherwise I'm not sure it is one. So Kis itself is for me an art-form or pastime & a Kis Set is then an art-object or a toy (tho in some cases it could also be a tool in the sense that models can be tools). I wouldn't nec argue the w/ the toy -> game formulation tho.
