The issue is how to get the kids in the "Dollz" world to u/stand that Kis is not some kind of "dollz generator" & that instead they are authored works of popular art & their elements cannot be taken or used w/out permission. Those of us who have a foot in each camp therefore have a responsibility to educate the dollz people. Conscientous parents like Caroline can make a big difference but it's not an easy task. How does one simply explain to a child that there are parts of the Net where things are free & work is shared, other parts where things are free but work is not shared, & still others where things are not free & work absolutely can't be shared?
