That's a pretty damn fine doll! The animation for the electricity and the unfolding wings are some of the smoothest I've seen. This is a doll I'll definitely be looking forward to.
The filesize is rather large for a doll with only 1 outfit though (coming from someone who makes very large dolls). You can reduce filesizes dramatically by using cel offsets. Case in point: for your elecarm2.cel (the armbands), by separating the left and right arm bands into separate cels (but using the same object number), then offset the right armband to its current position, you can probably reduce the filesize of that cel by 3 times. Also, wav filesizes can be reduced dramatically with little loss in quality by reducing it to 8 hz mono rather than 44hz stereo.
