Did you offset the right arm?

The cel size is directly proportionate to the number of pixels in the cel (and the number of different colours too), so if you split the gloves and trim them (no extraneous pixels), the use cel offset, it should reduce the file size. I use the utilities that came with my SB Live sound card to downsize the wav files.
