frankly, the only reason i remember what you did is because you've had a message on your site linking to mine. we deal with sites like your old site on a semi-regular basis and they all blur together.
people have done WAY worse things than you. we're not a union, we don't blacklist people. i don't think anyone but dov keeps track of people who've done something questionable, and that is only in terms of people ripping off other people's original artwork, so that they can't post any other stolen artwork on the BKP. i don't even think he prevents them from posting other work, as long as they can prove it's original and not stolen.
the only reason people don't participate in the KiSS community is because they choose to leave for whatever reason. i mean, you're just one person. people make mistakes, say mean things or dumb things all the time. nobody is going to hold that against you. and since we're dealing with people saying dumb things or mean things regularly, we aren't going to single you out. believe me, there have been people involved in KiSS who have gone WAY overboard and made a lot more enemies than you have, and who continue to contribute in some way to the KiSS community. it's really up to you. if you want to do something that you think is worth doing in KiSS, there is a place for you as long as you are interested. some members of the Adult KiSS Communities on Yahoo! constantly bash BKP, dov, artists, and countless others, and yet they don't leave KiSS for good. they just keep being assholes. i would not suggest trying ot mimic their contribution, but if it makes you feel more confident about your own contribution, good.
& furthermore, this is just a tiny slice of the KiSS community. there are hundreds of artists, most of whom don't post or read this BBS. they probably have no idea who you are or that your site ever existed. we don't bother to advertise it all over the place when people do something that someone here feels is questionable.
as far as me personally, i try to make a habit of not choosing enemies. i criticize anything i see that i think is in bad taste, whether it is the work of someone i don't know or that of a friend. i tell people when i think they're wrong and why. it means some people dislike me personally, but it doesn't mean i dislike them. there is a lot more to a person beyond how they view a certain situation in a certain context and i know that. everyone does things that they regret and if everyone in the world judged people based on the stupid things thye've done and not the nice, conscientious things they've done, the world would be a lonely place.
