I am just glad to know that it exists. I personally think that it is easier to just copy and paste my first cell, then draw in the backs for it. I always put the box around the first one, so it is there too for the back. It is already to go, the same size, the same everything---pretty easy. But I am always wanting to know as much about other methods, sometimes I find easier ways of doing things when I find out as much info as I can .
