Collide/Apart works on a cel rather than object level. And in PFK, collide/apart is re-checked each time you change screens, so the "Change" that you caused stays when you change screens. Dove Sherman's Malcolm.lzh is the best example of this. In/out is not checked at the screen change.
The difference Mac/PC difference that really tripped me up is that using in/out on PFK allows you to trigger in/out events when the "machine" moves an object in or out. On a Mac, in/out does not get triggered unless an object is hand-dragged in or out of the other object. I would do the most elaborate coding using in/out, avoiding collide/apart for my Mac friends, only to discover that much of my in/out code did not work for them either.
So what "I" would like for EMK to do is allow recognition of machine-moved in/out events.
