In need of assistance (what else is new? :P )

Hi everyone,
I feel so intimdidated here, being among such experienced KiSS artists :: bites nails, but a hand from nowhere slaps her into sense:: @__@;
ahem
Back to my point. I'm having trouble not with the coding, but the lha-lzh conversion. I've gone as far as getting all the cels in order and all that good stuff, but when I zip it, something goes wrong and when I open it in my viewer, it says that the document doesn't contain any data. I've e-mailed beth about this and she suggested that I try here as well. Can someone please be as kind as to hit me upside the head and tell me what I'm doing wrong, if they know?
Any help is deeply appreciated.
