That's okay. I got the specs from the Japanese KiSS programmer/artist Tail and Invisible Phan on another forum. I'm sorry I didn't say so here but the pop-ups here are so extreme that I don't come to this forum as often as I used to.

It turned out that it's exactly the same as a regular KiSS cel except that the KiSS marker is 0x21 and the bpp is 32. Raster data is then 4 bytes per pixels in ABGR order, I think. I'm still not sure about the raster order but I'm sure I can verify it through experimentation. It's also worth noting that Nick Roberts pointed out that there is an unidentified CKiSS tool which seems to create CKiSS CELs using the 0x20 marker but still identifying the bpp as 32 so any CKiSS reader should make allowances for that variation even if it sticks to 0x21 when writing.
