You can do that kind of thing with fkiss 3 and or 4 but if you don't need to don't. And while I don't really know what you are trying to do I don't think you need to.
You can do it with one loop of animation: open eyes, close eys, glitter, glitter, glitter, repeat.
But I got the impresion that you wanted your doll to just blink most of the time and when the eyes are pressed give one loop of the glitter. If that's so then we have:
start with normal loop:
eyes open, eyes close
then when the eyes pressed:
stop normal loop( zero all its timers)
eyes closed, glitter, glitter
start normal loop
Note that here the glitter is not a loop. If you need to have it loop for longer then you should have two loops, one normal and one glitter, plus two timers whose job it is to switch from one to the other.
There are allso things you can do by having a glitter only loop that starts from the close eyes timer, and having the open eye timer stop that loop. That way you could throw random timers in to the mix and still have the glitter synced with with the closed eye cel.
