Could Someone please HELP ME? I have trouble trying to get the doll to blink!

Hi, I'm a new KISS aritist and I don't know how to get the doll to blink. I know how to make the doll change expressions when clocked on but even when i set the timer for the blinking animation, it doesn't work. Could someone please help me? (The tutorials on the big kiss page didn't help.)
