I sent some alfalfa leaves ( medicago sativa ) to a friend for a typical biochemical analysis.
The results are back, with some interesting results on the amino acids content. Many trace substances were found but it was too small to be significant, or to be verified accurately. I have truncated some information which is totally irrelevant. Note the high arginine and lysine content.
