Response to knee pains |

I run almost every day mostly on concrete without problems but it is possible to take some precautions.
Wear shoes with the abiliy to absorb the shocks your body has to endure
or if they are too expensive put some foam in it.
Take care that your muscles in your upperleg are optimal developped
If your quadraceps and hamstrings are stronger they are more able to protect your knee-joints.You can also train your calves but be careful,avoid injuries.
Look upon it as developped abs and backmuscles protect your spine. | |
