Thanx for the success stories tomaz! I'm really excited in doing hypnosis all over again!!! I tried out the second track today and it just seems more fun then the first one. This morning while listening to it, I could feel some tingling sensation on my right knee. I hope it works!!! So excited. I totally slacked off in the stretching exercises. Do u guys think I should do the stretching exercises combined with hypnosis. It seems like hypnosis would work even without the stretching, and more naturally too.
