I was watching Donny Deutch last night with Jose Canseco on it, and he mentioned he went from 5'10 and under 200 lbs to 6'4 and 260. Donny looked shocked and said "you had an height increase?" and Jose replied "yes people can grow taller if you're underdeveloped".
Does anyone know when Jose said in his book he started taking steroids? I think this shows that growth hormone is a big helper in height increase (don't do steroids though!)
