I do Cobra, & hand touch to leg & hold on for 1 minute, & a few sit ups , Leg touch to head etc. I think Bridge is the most effective!! I also do kicking!!

Initially, I do kicking with ankle weight 250 times each leg & sitting with ankle weight almost everyday!!
However, now I kick without ankle weight just to maintain it. Don't think sitting with ankle weight works well.
