Good news from inverted situps

Hi guys. I never really post on here much but i always frequent the forums and read view the topics. Anyway, i started doing sky's method for the spinal column where you do inverted situps. I started it back in february and now its early july. I havnt done an official measurement but am positive i have grown somewhat like maybe .5 inches to an inch. The way i know is because every morning i compare to my eye level to various fixed objects. I have been doing this for a few years now and the eye level never really changed. But about the last month i have really noticed that my eyelevel is well above the various places i used to check it. I had to have grown atleast a half an inch. Even at night time my eye level is high than it used to be in the morning. I used to run 2 miles everyday but had to quit because of a foot injury. I had been doing that for about 2 years but quit around back in may and also some in march because thats when the injury originally occured. My injury is slowly healing so in about a month i would like to get back to running asi know this strengthens the back muscles and should help me gain even more.

I started with about 5 pounds in each hand and did around 60 inverted sit ups. I usally am pretty consistent now days and never skip more than 1 day a week although lately sometimes i skip two days a week. I am pretty much always around 120 a day now and usually never less than 80 a day. I also drink milk everyday while eating lots of yogurt. I take calcium along with chrondrotin/glucosamine and vitamain C. I try to eat healthy and avoid soda and especially cafeine. I think once i start running my gains will really explode. The only fallback i have is poor bed time. I go to bed at like 4 in the morning because of my job. Once the fall semester starts in college i'll be back to pre midnight sleeping though.

Im currently on about 15 pounds a hand while doing around 100-120 inverted situps each day. I think its really working and try to get an offical measurment when possible.
