Did the 10 rolfing session, went to a chiropractor for 1 session to work on my uneven legs, and did a Thai massage. Result made me "grow" 1/2 an inch. Now I need to a stretching routine which should give me another inch. There's also homeopathy which I'll try but might not get results. But it involves Baryta (sic) carb and silica. Someone has a blog about using this stuff to make you grow.
Ed, you did yoga which made you grow an inch. How long did it take you?
