It's expensive. I had to wait a year or two to get it done. Cost me about $1200 but it ranges. You can go for $900-1500 for the 10 session. But I knew I would get a half inch with it and some other work.
The Thai Massage was going to be a substitute for actually stretching because I'm lazy, but there aren't any good Thai people out here, plus it's expensive. So I'm going to just do a stretching routine as I remember reading a couple years back a guy grew 1.5 inches with rolfing and yoga. So I figure once I get my stretching routine done I'll be 5'11 (from 5'9).
