You could go to a site like geocities.com/gottogrow and look at those stretches...most stretches you find are basically the same thing anyways.
What I mean is the height you grew from posture is either fixing your posture and height you are only robbing yourself of naturally anyways, temporary height at times or what is basically just stretching your body to the maximum that I still call posture height.
You still get benefits of stretching of course...but it's basically just maximizing yourself...does that make any sense at all?
