Where there is a "musical" concept mentioned throughout all of the New Testament, the same writer prefaces it with identifying paganism where music was used as enchantment or as John called it, sorcery. Then, the assembly is defined as school of the Bible as the Restorers grasped, but where and rhetoriic or singing which AROUSES mental excitement is EXCLUDED. At the same time the functions of the synagogue is defined as to SPEAK or READ the Word as "that which is written" (Rom 15), Psalms, hymns and spiritual songs (all inspired text) (Eph 5) emphasized in Col 3 as THE WORD OF CHRIST.
The following chart shows Col 3 where instead of "melody" as musical Paul uses the word GRACE in the heart. In the very next chapter, Paul defines the SYNAGOGUING task in greater details and there is no room for MUSIC which would DEFEAT the role of teaching and violate the direct sworn duty of the elders to "teach that which has been taught."
We will show that what Paul commanded for the assembly (synagogue words) was what he practiced and what he DIRECTLY COMMANDED that Timothy do without any hing of SINGING to create the "spiritual anxiety created by religious rituals" which Jesus died to shut down along with the "doctors of the Law who take away the key to knowledge."

All musical terms and names of instruments in the Bible derive from vile or polluting influences. For instance, the PSALTERY (related to making vile) is the same Hebrew word oftranslated as WEAPON. They use the word NAGAN meaning to PLAY as authority. Because the review is too long I have posted some notes on NAGAN which is used interchangeably with Chalal (h2490) which is translated as "play the flute, steal your inheritance, cast as profane, pollute and prostitute." A similar Greek word speaks of Jesus CASTING OUT the musical minstrels LIKE DUNG.

ALL of the NOT singing passages have Paul insisting that the ASSEMBLY is a SYNAGOGUE or school of the bible. It has no AUTHORITY for anything not connected to teaching the WORD as it has been taught.
Refusing to "sing that which is written" or "teach that which has been taught" is, according to Isaiah's COMMANDS AND EXAMPLE passage because THERE IS NO LIGHT IN THEM. Why pay for one who has according to Revelation 18 brought in SORCERERS to keep FROM teaching the Word when John proves that even the CANDLES have been removed. Shame.
Being fed by the NACC writers and "unity" speakers, a small number have not hesitated to make claims which if before a judge would get them in prison for contempt of Court. What shall we say of those who says that men like Clement and Chrystom or THE CHURCH FATHERS had nothing bad to say about instrumental music the the WORSHIP SERVICE.
They ALL knew that the church was an ekklesia or synagogue or school of the Bible. They knew that there was "no praise service" by direct command and universal understanding in the synagogue.
They also knew that all of the slaughtering of innocent animals with loud EXORCISING NOISE was the result of God abandoning them to the worship of the Starry Host where such paganism was identical to that at Tyre or Babylon or in Egypt.

What Happened At the Madison Church of Christ?
There are thousands of churches being taken over across America.
This book is only about one of those churches. It's about the Madison
Church Of Christ. By studying the methods used here along with the resource
references you might be able to inoculate your church. At the very least
you will recognize the signs early on.
Many of the current members of the Madison Church of Christ still don't
know what happened.
Some never will know! This book is for them as well.
Madison Church of Christ was a 60 year old church. At one time it was
one of the largest churches in the US, and the largest Church of Christ.
It thrived for many years on the vision of it's elders and those of
it's ministers. Those visions undoubtably came from the the inspired word
of Jesus Christ.
At sometime in the last 10 years there was a deliberate plan by a majority
of the elders to take the Madison Church of Christ into a more worldly
realm.
They used secrecy, covert planning, and outside sources to scheme and
to change the format and direction of the Madison Church of Christ.
The Elders knew that the membership would never approve such a plan.
Using the tools of the "Community Church Movement"(consultants, books,
seminars, meetings,planters,seeders) they slowly started initiating change
so it was never noticed by the members until it was too late.....
At the heart of the plan was the fact that old members were going to
be driven off so new techniques could be used to go out and reach the unchurched
through new "Contemporary Holy Entertainment" methods developed by the
"Community Church Movement"
Old members had to be kept on board long enough to get their plans ready,
or the funds would not be there to pay for the new building. So by the
plans very nature, it had to be secret.
The church had no plan in effect to renew or approve elders. There was
never any need. The elders had always been "as approved by God". 10 of the last
15 elders would begin to shed some doubt on that.
The Elders did not even need a majority at first, because some of the
elders went along unwittingly.
This edition starts shortly after some of the members begin to smell
something strange in January 2001. Later editions may go back and fill
in some of the timeline.
To even start to understand whats happening here, you must read the
background materials in the first of the book.
