Have you noticed that in the first season of Monkey (I don't know about the second), during indoor scenes the cast's breath is visible because of the temperature? It seems odd that a set should be so cold that this should happen. Perhaps they constructed makeshift sets out in the open in the middle of China?

Whilst using the DVD digipacks press menu at the main screen multiple times to view different title screens including all the cast (minus the horse, Yu-Lung).

Whilst viewing one of the undubbed episodes on the single dvd packs I noticed that the colours were a lot better and not as washed-out as the dubbed ones. Plus, I thought that the original Japanese voices sounded a lot better (in my opinion) and wish that you could get all the undubbed episodes on the digipaks. But maybe that's because I'm a Japan-freak :) .

There are 5 digipacks, and, if you calculate it, there are 13 per pack, so there's an extra digipack. Through assumption and checking the Fab Films website, the fifth digipak contains the undubbed episodes.

Sorry, the fifth digipack contains the "undubbed episodes", but actually dubbed for the first time into English. No Japanese audio or English subtitles - i.e. they do not appear in their undubbed form.
These 13 episodes are also contained, in the exact same form, on digipacks 3 and 4 (intermingled between the 1979-English-dubbed episodes, and split between the 2 boxsets). For full explanation, see http://www.monkeyheaven.com/dvdboxsets.html

So the only way you can buy Monkey episodes in their original Japanese form is to buy the individual 13 Monkey DVDs - none are present on the digipacks.

I did say assume though. A bit silly really, they've put the undubbed versions of the 13 'lost' episodes on the fifth Digipak.

They haven't though - they're putting the _dubbed_ versions of the lost episodes on the fifth digipack.
The undubbed versions of the lost episodes are not present on any of the 5 digipacks - they can only be found on the 13 individual UK DVDs.
