America Needs Monkey! (now more than ever)October 9 2004 at 8:35 PM | Sirfroggy (no login) |
| Theses are troubling times in the USA. I grew up in Australia watching Monkey (and running around the back yard swinging a broomstick), I I feel the need to share the experience with my American friends. A little Monkey is just what we need to remember that even the greatest power on earth must be humble and good. If anyone has the ability to convert Monkey videos or DVDs into US format, I'd love to know and would gladly pay for the service. Thanks. |

Hi,
This may be late coming as you posted your message in october.
I am a Brit living in the USA.
I have monkey DVDs and other DVDs formatted for region 2 UK
I recently bought a Philips DVP462 dvd player from Walmart ($70). You can get it on amazon too!
It is meant to play only region 1 dvds (USA)
There is a hack you enter to make this dvd player a region free player, meaning you can play any dvd from anypart of the world on your dvd player using an american (NTSC) tv.
All my uk dvds play fine!
check it out.
