Very Nice...........

Mr. Fung,

Can't believe this is an Office-made spray can kit!! Incredible! The colour of German Grey is very convincing. Its contrast with the mud is very nice.

Will you bring it to RMS? Hope you can go.

I will go but don't know what to bring yet:-(

The mud

July 4 2009, 2:16 AM

Hi Fung,

I am just aware that you used Tamiya Enamel Paint with gesso to make the rough mud base. I total agree with you not to use too much powder for weathering. The effect looks much better than the expensive ??G products.

Cheers,
Kurtis

Agree.....

creative use of gesso with enamel for mud by Mr. Fung.

To mimic dust layer, I think X20A+water-diluted Tamiya arcylic is much better than pigment. The pigment just look like pigment when applied, not look like dust.
