yes and can drop a 305 or 350 in it. 305, 327, 350 are the same block. as far as puttin an 5 speed in im pretty sure you and do that too you just have to buy your clutch pedel and stuff to hook up it all up. you can usually find that stuff on ebay or a junk yard
