Hello, I'm a member of a g-body mailing list, and have a question for you f-body guys.

What type of front suspension does the third gen('82-'92) camaro have, is it upper and lower control arms or struts?

When did the front strut suspension come on the Camaro?

Thanks,
CJ

Thanks for reply, for some reason I always thought third gens had upper and lower control arms on the front suspension.

What makes this really bad is I owned a 1986 IROC back in 1992, when I was 18 yrs old. I'm so ashamed..........

Thanks again

you have lower ball joints and upper suspension is struts. I have a 1992 Camero RS and we are working on the front end, thats the only reason I could answer your question. Julie
