My 305 TBI started cranking for 10 seconds before it would start. I started spraying starting fluid in the throttle and it started almost immediately and ran perfectly. I assume it's not a timing chain issue. Now it doesn't start with starting fluid. The starter only cranks. There is no gas coming out of the injectors. Is the relay a possibility or the fuel pump probable?
