Hey guys. My 89 IROC has some problems. The only 1 of which is stumping me to no end is that the volt meter never reads 13 or better and the battery wont hold a charge. I've replaced the altenator, battery, battery cables, s-belt, and the starter selinoid. Any help at all would be great here guys. Thanks

OH! And I dont think my electric fan is kicking on either. Being as though I've owned an 84 K-5 Blazer for the past several years I'm lost in the line of this. Can you help?

You gotta break out the voltage meter start pulling fuses and checking for a draw thats most certainly your problem ....
