When I was a junior in high school, there was a club called Teens Who Care. Several schools got together and went to a convention in Richmond, well we tried to, the Trailways Bus we were on hit a mountain Head on..were any of you on there with me?
I remember a guy from Millard named Kenny Jackson.
He was sort of a hero on this trip. One of the chaperones had a 3 year old on board, when we impacted she went flying thru the air above our heads. Kenny reached to the top of the bus to brace himself and caught her. She came out without a scratch!
