late this year. We lost so much in the beginning to rain washing stuff out of the ground, rabbits and crows. The cabbage is already gone. We made some kraut, but mostly slaw and cooked cabbage as it came in. He didn't put out as much this year. My work will come when the corn, beans, tomatoes and peppers are in. The peppers and tomatoes are coming in really good. It will be a week or so before we have any beans and corn.
I know it's alot of hard work, but it sure is good in the winter time.
