If you are using outlook express you can go to tools/message rules and place the senders address in the from bar, then choose delete from server. Abbracadabra you never see it again. (also works for people you dont care to hear from too)
In yahoo and hotmail you can choose to have it sent to bulk mail so you can clean it out with one felled swoop.

Probably

by Former PMH employee

A few years ago my mother, an RN, had all of her rings taken from her locker.
It was a 'Higher UP" that had 'liberated' them.
However another nurse saw mom's rings and recovered all but one. (In other words she stole them back) so nothing could be done to the culprit without implicating the robin hood who returned them, except that word got around about the incident and the so called 'Higher up' was labeled a thief.

How are the holidays going for everyone? We had Christmas at my mom's today. My niece goes out of town next week to be with her mom's family so we do it early. It's a little strange though. I think my 2 year old is a bit confused because we still have lots of presents under our tree and she's ready to open all of them.

RUSSIA'S NEW TWIST IN THE MIDDLE EAST?

by

Russian plan to topple Saddam Hussein to prevent US occupation of Iraq

Iraq-Russia, Politics, 11/27/2002

The Paris- based al-Watan al-Arabi magazine said, according to well-informed sources, that the military and intelligence leadership in Moscow had prepared a plan to topple the Iraqi President Saddam Hussein by a military coupe or an assassination operation in order to protect the Russian interests in Iraq and the region and to block plans of an American occupation of Iraq.

In its recent issue, the magazine said that the higher Russian leadership decided to pursue a new strategy that stems from the fact that Washington will topple Saddam Hussein, but the Russian interest require a plan that achieves this objective without leading to Russia losing of its historical influence and economic interests in Iraq.

A well- informed source stressed that the said plan was held in top secrecy and full seriousness and on the ground that the plan of the military coupe has no relation to the military coupe plans previously prepared by the CIA; A plan which is based on an experience of years of military and intelligence cooperation between Baghdad and Moscow and tons of the archive of the Russian intelligence.

The magazine said that the scenario of the successful Russian coupe will be carried out at the hands of persons which are very close to the Iraqi President and are able to have access to him, adding that the Russian national security council took a decision to topple Saddam Hussein in order to protect and ensure the Russian interests in Iraq and the region.

Re: "As long as he gets gone"

I have never seen such a charade in international diplomacy as we're witnessing concerning Iraq.

50% of the press coverage coming out of Moscow ndicates they're supporting US in our war against terrorism.

Yet, as Gomer Pyle would say..."SURPRISE-SURPRISE;"
President Putin, former KGB Agent formerly assigned to Germany, NOW threatens to "overthrow or assassinate" Saddam to "protect Russian interest in Iraq, and the region, and to block plans of an Anerican occupation of Iraq."

Translated: "In your face Uncle Sam! Slam-dunk!

Hillbilly Hal's take: If the Russians control Iraq,
they control the OIL EXPORTS in the region, and that spells strategic "CHECKMATE" for the USA, as oil is the ecomomic 'life-blood' of the U.S. and western economies.
Think about it...

KUDOS,
Hillbilly Hal

Lady Lou,

DEFINITELY!!!!
For stimulating starters, just ask your self; "how, and by what 'power source' does NASA, and others nations manage to keep a gigantic international space station powered, and sustained in orbit in the Clarke Belt for YEARS? Yes, YEARS!
I ask my Congressman that same question. Guess what?
My question was IGNORED! Why? IMHO, my question got 'too close' to 'forbidden technology' as DEFINED by certain alphabet soup agencies, and CERTAIN HUGE "OIL CARTELS."
Now ask your self; if they can sustain and 'POWER' HUGE SPACE STATIONS, why can't WE do the SAME with homes, and automobiles? Really think about this...

Cheers,

I need advise

by Worried

My husband and I have only been married a very short time and I have a problem. My husband's Mom and Dad and their family will be here for Christmas. My problem is his Mom and Dad smokes cigarettes and I am strictly against people smoking near me. My husband nor I have ever smoked anything. I don't want to hurt anybody's feeling but I don't want them smoking up my house either.

WHAT AM I TO DO?

This is my policy...

by Shawna

I can't be around smoke either and don't want my girls to be. But when it comes to being the "bad guy" my husband has to tell his family and I am the bearer of bad news to my family. Your own family members take it much nicer from one of their own. That way they won't hold it against you. Your husband can tell his mom and dad. He can tell them your doctor said you can't be around cigarette smoke. Which is true...right?

RE: "I need advice"

by

Ditto... Good advice from all.
Since the the whole human race is dysfunctional anyway, just be candid, they'll understand... [i.e if they are honest with themselves]
I smoked through HS, then gave it up for good at 21. Never smoked again...Never smoke a joint in my life either.
Praise God for his mercy, grace and wisdom! Hence, imploring me to lay those cigarettes down.
Good thing...for many of my same age cousins died with lung cancer at an early age. My dad, [I miss him] also died with LC at age 65. [horrible suffering]
Speaking of terminal diseases, during my last physical exam, my internist prodded me to get this test and that test... I responded by saying; "Doc, why should I polish brass on a sinking ship?" He countered with; "you're not ready to throw in the towell now, are you?" I said; "no, but, you see Doc, I was born with terminal disease called a death sentence." He replied; "INCORRECT, your death sentence was pronounced at CONCEPTION!"
Hillbilly Hal's bottom line: Don't argue with those that practice...
