Spent the day in numerous meetings with production companies and very important business executives. Let’s just say that there are some things in the works that some of you will probably flip over, though I can’t say too much right now.
One thing I can tell you about is my very own Gene Simmons SALSA, coming to a grocery store near you in the spring of 2006. It’s no secret I am a food junkie. I love food. There are other food products on the way. These will bear my picture and my name on the label. Not much more I can say at this point but you can be sure I will let you all know the details when the time is right.
There are plans for KISS to get involved in rodeos. We are in talks to license the Demon, Starchild, Spaceman and Catman designs to the Texas State Fair Rodeo Clown Association. I can’t say too much right now, but the possibilities for this partnership are endless. Details to follow.
And my television projects (41 or 42 of them) are all coming along nicely, thank you very much.
Tomorrow I meet with Arrid Extra Dry execs. Can’t say much right now, but keep these two words in mind: KISS ANTI-PERSPIRANT.
We are still in talks to have a KISS STAND-UP COMIC. Details to follow.
I’m planning my fourth and fifth books right now. While it is true I haven’t yet written my third, LADIES OF THE NIGHT: A HISTORICAL AND PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE OF THE FIRST AND OLDEST PROFESSION, I am already excited for the next two, for which I already have titles. The fourth book will be called THE ENTREPENEUR’S GUIDE TO JUGGLING 37 CAREERS AND SUCCEEDING AT NONE. The fifth book will be called FRIED CHICKEN, YOUR FRIEND AND MINE. You can be sure I will let you all know the details as they develop. The books will be published by SIMMONS BOOKS/PHOENIX BOOKS.
There are also plans to have SPOKEN WORD BOOKS of the same available on (you guessed it) SIMMONS AUDIO/PHOENIX BOOKS.
I am considering starting three new magazines. I can’t give out the details right now, but they will all be about me, GENE SIMMONS, my life, my loves, everything that involves ME. We’re also looking into reviving GENE SIMMONS’ TONGUE, due to popular demand. But I can’t speak about that right now. More details to follow.
We have other projects in the fire right now, such as a SAILING PROJECT, a GENE SIMMONS POETRY VENTURE as well as something in the world of COMPETETIVE EATING. I don’t want to let the cat out of the bag just yet, but rest assured, I will release details when the time is right.

Morsomt hvordan han "prøver" å fortelle deg hvordan man skal spare
og bygge opp en formue (speaking in....) for å så legge ut dette på
markedet og forvente at vi bruker pengene han sier vi burde passe på!!!!
Uff, vet ikke hva jeg skal tro jeg. Dette er tragisk synes jeg. Nå får han faan meg sette penga sine i noe annet enn å svekke sitt eget navn og rykte, noe så patetisk. Og bøkene!? Get a fuckin`grip on yourself!!!
Tragikomisk er vel det rette ordet! Mener han virkelig at hele fanskaren vil kjøpe alt det der? vil lese bøkene uansett, men det er av samlemani. Er garantien hans for å selge at han har så mange trofaste fans? Da er det mangel på respekt.
Hehe, dette er ikke sant nei. Men jeg lot meg lure selv. Hentet det fra tts. Men jeg leste det i god tro, men forstod at det var kødd da jeg kom til disse bokprosjektene (bok 4 og 5) hans, og leste hva han hadde tenkt å kalle dem. Det kunne bare ikke være sant, selv for Gene.
Dette Salsa og rodeo greiene reagerte jeg ikke på i det hele tatt, fordi det overrasket meg ikke det spor

Reagerte ikke i starten jeg heller,men da han sa "can’t say too much right now" for 117 gang,skjønte jeg at det var kødd.Jævla bra story! Og at det kunne vært tilfelle,gjør`e jo ekstra artig.Rodeo gutta kjøpte jeg glætt i starten. Gene burde jo bli litt flau når han leser detta,men det er vel større sjanse for at han fikk noen nye "gode" ideer.
