this would be my critical analysis to date but things will get better and we'll get back on track at Brora.

GOALS
Huntly:
1) Can't question the refs decision with the penalty. well converted by Jerry.
2) great play and shot from Matty who struck the post. Guildy was in the right place at the right time.
Clach:
1) Thought Sanderson may have been given a bit too much time on the ball, still - good finish.
2) sorry to see the own goal by Alan as he's been our most consistent player thus far.
3) player left unmarked at the back post with a good finish off Sanderson's cross.
4) Sanderson again the dangerman. Good header from Davidson.

OPPOSITION:
Made the most of their man advantage from the 65th minute onward. strong at the back which has been a major factor in their form this term.
Players such as Mike Sanderson, Iain Polworth and David Ross bring experience and good attacking options which showed yesterday.

OFFICIALS: Handled the game well as did the two assistants.

TEAM ANALYSIS
I thought after coming from 1-0 down to 2-1 we could go on and take the game until Richard Craig's second booking. Certainly for me, I felt that the absence of Mark Gray meant we missed a ball winner in midfield.
Alan was unfortunate with second goal which I already mentioned. Clach forwards got the of the defence with the two goals soon after.
Reg was playing well until the sending off as was Andy Matheson prior to his substitution. Quieter game from Guild again.
There didn't seem to be any challenges being made in middle of the park following the red card.

A big dissapointment that the first home defeat of the season came in such a big game.

Grant 'Neep' Turner

Great report grant,as usual.Very dissapointed with the game,we game them far too much respect and time on the ball.I know they have had some great results but the dont look anything great.Once again greener seems to be lost at times when he comes on maybe he needs more games i dont know, our heads seem to go down once they drew level and how we missed gray in the middle of the park.

Aye the lads were unlucky, thought at 2 - 1 we were in control of the game and were unlucky not to go 3 - 1 up but then Reg got himself sent off and that changed the whole game !
Good game and a good crowd even though some of the Clach 'supporters' went a bit OTT with their comments to the far side asst. ref !
Ah well back to league business on Saturday
Grant any idea when the Scottish Cup draw is ?

I had the misfortune to see a clach "SUPPORTER" who through the whole game was swearing and making guestures to one huntly fan in particular. What shocked me was the fact his son aged no more than ten was standing beside him, and he was more intrested in goading huntly fans than worried what his son was listening to.They did make an atmosphere but what a bunch of idiots.

Do you know who these gestures were aimed at?
was it me? because if it was I'd quite honestly like to know!
