Quite literally!

A huge well don today guys, brilliant perofrmance too many good ones to mention.
Ive given my man of the match to Ross Campbell, Russell Guild got the official one but it was a team effort against what is (lets be honest!) a tough opponent.
Great stuff, and hope we can keep going against THEM next saturday!

attendance

I think the official figure read out by Andy, which I added up (honest my maths isnt bad !) was 440 but of course there were sponsors, both team and Tennents, comps etc which probably put it at over 500 unless some jumped over the fence - which has been known in the past !! Just like to say thanks to all who did turn up and stand out in the pouring rain at least the result made up for the soaking.
It was great result played in very poor conditions but the conditions were the same for both teams so well done to our players for mastering them. Agree with you that hopefully the conditions havent taken their toll on the players for next week's all important game against Locos.

Locos

November 28 2004, 8:10 PM

Are the club considering switching next weeks game to Harlaw Park with a few to having a pitch for East Fife?
Seems worthwhile given we helped Locos win the Qualifying Cup with a similar switch!?

First of all apologies for introducing you to AH in the club!!
Pity your manager couldnt accept defeat with the same humility.
Good luck to "The Blue Toon Baldies" for the rest of the season.

Attitude

December 2 2004, 5:06 PM

Have to say I was surprised by the 'bubbly' attitude of the marjority of the Peterhead players choosing to go and sit in their bus rather than coming into the Social Club after the game
Win loose or draw they should have at least have been men and shown face.
I know it is not the practice in the SFL for teams to mix after a game but Peterhead should remember where they came from.
Ok I have had my wee rant !

Well has everyone come down off cloud nine then?
A great team performance
Here's hoping for a good crowd on the 11th
Thought programme was excellent as well, if a little overpaid
Well done to Trouper for announcing some of the goals and subs - same again this week ?

What's the chances of another 'Up Sandy' for the 11th - Eds?

"Up Sandy 2"

November 29 2004, 2:57 PM

Would be good, but perhaps a little "against the clock"??
How long did it take to make edition one?? It was brilliant, and worth a lot more than £1.

I actually offered one half of the duo the chance of an "Up Sandy" monthly review in which they'd have the opportunity to give us their views on current events at the club.

This was last season the proposition was made.
