according to both highlandleague.net and the forum on the Vale site, a pitch inspection has been called for 9am tomorrow (Monday) morning.

Just heard (9.40am) that the game v Vale today has been called off

Oh well, such a shame (cheers for telling us Kathleen).

Why did Huntly F.C not try and remove snow off the park before the inspection ?

Fair enough the ref called the game off, but surely something could have been done about the park i.e removing snow off the park.

Poor show in my opinion and im sure alot of Huntly and Vale fans will feel the same about saturdays call off.

Couldn't do much about all the water from the melting snow unfortunately.

Deveronvale Lad I'm afraid I can't comment on this as I was working until after 1 and got a call about half 9 while at work to say it was off.
